Red is one of the most visible colors and easily grabs people’s attention—think stop signs, sirens, fire engines, and a shiny red apple in a tree. It’s one of the reasons that red catches a beachcomber’s eye, too. It’s hard to overlook a bright red piece of sea glass on the beach, a red rock is easy to spot, and red of any kind stands out from the sand on most beaches.
