Updating your email address, billing address, shipping address, or payment information
Email Address
There is only one email address associated with your beachcombing.com Account. Each beachcombing.com Account can have multiple subscriptions, billing addresses, and shipping addresses, depending on how many subscriptions you have purchased on your beachcombing.com Account. Please contact us if you would like to change the email address associated with your com Account.
We don't require you to create an account when you originally subscribe, so if you didn't create an account when you first subscribed, you can do so by clicking on the Create one link. Please use the email address you used when you subscribed so that your subscription will be associated with your beachcombing.com account. If you created an account but you can't remember your password, click the Forgot password? link. See below for more information about accounts and passwords.
You can also log into your account without a password. On the Account page, under Need help accessing your subscriptions?, click Click here. Enter the email address associated with your subscription. Click Send login code. You will receive a 4-digit authentication code by email and/or text message. Enter the 4-digit code into the passwordless login screen.
Mailing Addresses
There are two mailing addresses associated with each subscription:
- The Billing address is the one associated with the payment method, where your bills get mailed.
- The Shipping address is where magazines are mailed.
You can have more addresses associated with your beachcombing.com Account, for example if you have a past address in your account, or winter and summer addresses you have entered in your Account over time.
Payment Methods
You may have multiple payment methods listed in your beachcombing.com Account, including current and expired credit cards, or different cards or payment methods used for multiple subscriptions on your Account. You can update your credit card information on your beachcombing.com Account page.
If you used an alternate payment method, you should log into their website to update your payment information. For example, if you used PayPal to purchase your subscription, please log into PayPal.com and update your payment and billing address information there.
Log into your account
You can update the addresses and payment information on your Account page. Log in with your email and password or use passwordless login under Need help accessing your subscriptions?, click Click here. Once you are logged in, click on Manage Subscriptions.
Once you have completed all the steps, please email us or contact us so we can confirm that everything is correct. If you would like us to update your email address, billing address, or shipping address for you, please email us with the old and new information and we can do it for you.
Updating the email address on your account
Please email us if you would like to change the email address associated with your beachcombing.com Account.
Updating the addresses on your subscription
Change your Billing address by clicking on the Payment Methods tab. On the active payment method click the Edit button and change your address. When you are done, click Edit Billing Address to save your changes.
Update the Shipping address of a subscription by clicking on the Subscriptions tab. Click on the arrow next to the subscription you want to update then click on the arrow in the Shipping address section. Make any changes and then click Save Shipping Address.
Please contact us if you have trouble making your changes and we'll be happy to help.You can send us your old and new addresses via email. Address changes can take up to 8 weeks to take effect so please be sure to notify us as soon as possible of your new address.
Updating the payment information on your subscription(s)
Adding a new or updated credit card
If your credit card has expired, you should enter the new information as a new payment method. Click Add payment method and enter the new credit card details. Confirm that you want to use this credit card on all of your subscriptions by making sure the Update all of my subscriptions... box is filled in and then click Add payment method. If you want to use different cards for each subscription, uncheck the Update all of my subscriptions... box before clicking the Add payment method.
If you want to individually assign credit cards to be used for each subscription, click on Subscriptions, then select each subscription and scroll down and click on Payment Method. Select the payment method in the box that pops up and then click on Go to confirmation. Repeat these steps for each subscription.
If you paid for your subscription using PayPal, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, or another alternate type of payment, please make your payment updates on their platform and when it's time to renew, we will use the new information.
Once you have completed all the steps, please email us or contact us so we can process any purchases that may have been declined.
Accounts and passwords

For passwords to reach you, you need to make sure you are able to receive emails from Beachcombing.com. If you don't get an email when you create and account or reset your password, or if you haven't received any emails from us, your computer may be set up to block emails from beachcombing.com and beachcombingmagazine.com.
If you aren’t receiving emails or they are going in your junk folder, please add the following email addresses to your email address book and to the safe senders list in your email program:
